These serious violations include the failure to maintain equipment in a safe condition which would provide safe working condition for unsafe operations near the overhead power lines.

The A-1 firm is contesting $693,000 of fines which leads to willful citations of federal standards. This company has been inspected for various Wisconsin worksites for around 33 times since 1982 and resulted in around 44 citations.
